ANDREW J. FABICH, PH.D.
Originally from northeast Ohio, I graduated high school and entered Ohio State declaring Molecular Genetics as my major before setting foot on campus. Without changing my major, I finished and transitioned into a Ph.D. program in Microbiology. Initially, I took a position at a small teaching school. Then, I landed a spot on faculty at a large teaching institution. More recently, I wanted to get back to the small teaching environment where I could focus on closely mentoring research students.
